Preparing for Your Session
Healing and coaching sessions, whether in-person or long distance, will embrace a holistic approach and guidance towards discovering your inner spirit, connecting to that peaceful place within you.
The day before you session please drink plenty of water and try to eat light and healthy. Avoid caffeine or other stimulants.
For in-person sessions please dress comfortably and arrive a few minutes early. Sessions held in-person, may involve hands-on Reiki and other healing modalities. These modalities can lead to profound self-discoveries and deep healing on all levels.
For distance healing and coaching sessions you will need to be sitting or lying down in a quiet, comfortable place with no distractions. Be relaxed and ready to focus on you!
What to Expect
As with all healing modalities we are doing deep healing work that could bring up different emotions. This is natural and healthy. You will be in a safe, protected and confidential environment to allow yourself to let go of any emotions that may rise to the surface.
After your session, you may feel emotional, tired or rejuvenated. Be sure to take, gentle care of yourself for the rest of the day – eat light and healthy. Try to avoid any stressful situations, skip any strenuous physical activity. Have a quiet evening, and if possible take a warm Epsom salt bath. The initial healing work that took place during your session will continue to intricate into your body, mind and spirit, so you may experience an array of feelings and energy flowing for several days. Allow whatever emotions and feelings to flow and take note of what you’re experiencing.
