Laura “Lu” Cottingim is an experienced healing arts practitioner specializing in several holistic healing modalities. She is a certified Usui Reiki Master/Teacher, Crystal Healing Therapist, Life Coach and Practitioner of the Pathway Prayer Process into the Heart of the Akashic Records. Laura also has experience as an End of Life Doula.  Laura offers customized approaches to assist you in achieving peace, joy, harmony and balance in life by connecting you to your inner spirit, your life force, where profound healing can take place spiritually, emotionally, and physically.

In addition to the above, Laura currently offers spiritual mentoring and leads a bi-monthly meditation class at the Metaphysical Resource Center. 

Laura was born in Hot Springs Arkansas and has been a resident of New Orleans since 1978. She knew at an early age she felt different from others and struggled much of her life trying to figure out why. It was not until she received a physic reading as an adult that revealed she was an intuitive empath with the ability to heal.  She has worked over the last 15 years to develop her gifts and use them to benefit others.
